Thank you very much for visiting our revamped website, which is a key part of our ongoing rebranding exercise.
It offers quick and easy access to essential information and features that provide a more comprehensive understanding of the Authority’s operations and activities.
The launch of the site coincides with the introduction of our new logo, which aptly reflects our new brand.
The rebranding reflects both the evolution of the Ghana Standards Authority, together with a renewed vision and mission. GSA’s vision is to become a customer-focused world-class standards organisation. Its mission is to contribute towards the growth of industry, protect consumers and facilitate trade through standards, metrology and conformity assessment.
We are excited about the launch of our new website and the depth of information it provides to our clients, partners, the public and media, offering much better visibility into our operations and activities.
We believe that this new site will offer a very informative experience to our visitors as we continue to grow and improve our operational performance. The new website has a more intuitive user interface and provides instant updates, faster navigation and improved search engine capabilities.
The new site features also integrates linked icons for social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin to foster diversity and improved communications with our clients. The site will be constantly updated with helpful information, articles, blogs, newsletters, company announcements and client successes in the News and other relevant sections.
The new logo is derived from the Adinkra symbol, Hwe Hwe Mu Dua (Rod of Investigation), which represents Excellence and Quality. The logo is a bolder and simplified version of the current Critical Examination mark.
Our colours are Purple and Gold. “We chose Purple to symbolise Wisdom, Royalty and Creativity. Our ‘Stakeholders’ are perceived and treated as Royals. “We chose Gold to symbolise Strength, Prosperity and Excellence, and our pure and genuine mandate”.
As we look to the future, we will continue to strengthen our business and capabilities through innovative world class services that deliver creative solutions and best value to the Ghanaian people and all who collaborate with the GSA.
To build an exceptional team you need exceptional individuals. To that end, we are continuously recruiting high calibre talent, and will continue to exert our best efforts to meet the demands of our clients. We believe in the vision of His Excellency the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of a Ghana Beyond Aid. We pledge to be among the lead agencies advancing this attainable vision through the rapid industrialisation agenda of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
I ask for your continued support and patronage.
